Basketball takes very special place in our country, has old traditions, lots of good players and faithful admirers. That is why in 2001 Arvydas Sabonis Support Fund was established – to keep growing a new basketball generation for today’s stars.
The main tasks and efforts of the fund are closely related with providing the opportunity for kids, especially those who need social support, to play basketball and to propagate the great game of basketball overall. We work with charity, lots of attention is paid to children leisure. The fund constantly receives requests from the common people to help financially and always seeks ways to realize them.
Our success depends on the supporters’ point of view about children busyness. That is why Arvydas Sabonis support fund pays a lot of attention to relations with the supporters by organizing them various activities.
